Kiku's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baltischport FS the free kick. Ailar Täppe kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Helmut Uusmaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaak Korra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ats Vähi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaupo Tarien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Kiku's zone, Kaupo Tarien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ats Vähi came out of the goal and Kaupo Tarien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Helmut Uusmaa kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Evert Laurits made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kiku's Ats Vähi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Kiku booed when Baltischport FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Laurits didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holger Kaarna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baltischport FS! In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Kiku. Mati Kaljundi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jaak Korra. 1-1. After 79 played minutes Kiku got a freekick which was hit by Mati Kaljundi. 82 minutes into the match, Baltischport FS's goal looked a bit too open when Helmut Uusmaa came free, but Jaak Korra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Holger Kaarna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaak Korra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Kaarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Baltischport FS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Magnus Õis hit a great ball. Helmut Uusmaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Baltischport FS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
