In the 9th match minute, Lindi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peeter Seitse to maneuver through the defense. After 10 played minutes, Elme's Alari Aalja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tambet Peelmann came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elme reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristo Alas during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Kristo Alas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Erich Kubja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tambet Peelmann, 1-0. In the 18th minute Erich Kubja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tambet Peelmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Klaus Ubar came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Elme fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klaus Ubar couldn't finish the play. Klaus Ubar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 24th playminute. Elme's Klaus Ubar got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Helmut Lippus fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elme's protests and gave Helmut Lippus a yellow card for diving instead. If Uku Leesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 38 minutes, Aivo Koppelmaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lindi SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aivo Koppelmaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uku Leesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Uku Leesi came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Lindi SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uku Leesi couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ago Palumets during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Ago Palumets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klaus Ubar got free with Tambet Peelmann in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Elme's Klaus Ubar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tambet Peelmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Elme booed when Lindi SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Mardipoeg didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Aivo Koppelmaa made the kick off in the second half. Tambet Peelmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Ubar in the 55th minute of play. Kristo Alas was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kristo Alas kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Elme's Alari Aalja couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lindi SK. Erich Kubja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tambet Peelmann having to interfere. Elme's attack was well implemented in the 66th minute, but when Erich Kubja was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 68 minutes into the game, Peter Vanatoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lindi SK the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Elme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Vanatoa to maneuver through the defense. Uku Leesi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ervin Lätte having to make a save. Uku Leesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ervin Lätte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Erich Kubja made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lindi SK's Tambet Peelmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tambet Peelmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erich Kubja, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute of the match, Uku Leesi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ervin Lätte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tambet Peelmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erich Kubja in the 99th minute of the match. Elme's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
