Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juhan Annuk got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juhan Annuk in the 20th minute of play forced Votikvere's goalkeeper Argo Kõlar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Lääne hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Gerd Kannisto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Argo Kõlar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Votikvere's Theodor Lüsi got a free kick in the 27th minute. Theodor Lüsi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Olev Koppel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to JK Seliste getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Tiit Hurm hit a great ball. Theodor Lüsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olev Koppel having to interfere. JK Seliste's Vambola Nõmmsalu got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theodor Lüsi to make the kick off. Theodor Lüsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olev Koppel having to interfere. JK Seliste's Olev Koppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theodor Lüsi in the 60th minute of play. Vambola Nõmmsalu scored 0-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Argo Kõlar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 70 minutes, Juhan Annuk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JK Seliste and the Votikvere players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juhan Annuk kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Theodor Lüsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of JK Seliste booed when Votikvere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tauno Halman didn't get a good kick on the ball. JK Seliste's Fridrich Toim couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Votikvere. Argo Kõlar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vambola Nõmmsalu in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Votikvere got a freekick which was hit by Janis Lend. Vambola Nõmmsalu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Argo Kõlar having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Theodor Lüsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olev Koppel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Veermäe, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Edvin Veermäe came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Votikvere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Veermäe couldn't finish the play. Theodor Lüsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olev Koppel having to interfere. JK Seliste's Olev Koppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theodor Lüsi in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute Votikvere were awarded a corner. Tauno Halman went to the cornerflag to take it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. JK Seliste had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
