SK Laho's Ardo Lubi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauno Normann in the 15th minute of play. Ardo Lubi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Priit Õunapuu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Khellama FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Laho the free kick. Antti Kann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Roomet Stüf made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rauno Normann in the 46th minute of play forced SK Laho's goalkeeper Ardo Lubi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heino Viikmaa to strike the kick off in the second half. If Uno Karmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. With an all-out effort, Khellama FC's Ardo Lubi threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rauno Normann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Märt Mäekala was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. A collision led to SK Laho getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Märt Mäekala hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Kaido Vee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khellama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaido Vee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ardo Lubi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rauno Normann kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
