In the 9thth minute of the game Guido Vöörmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rukhve JK's Edgar Ülenõmm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madis Aalja in the 10th minute of play forced Rukhve JK's goalkeeper Edgar Ülenõmm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rukhve JK's Viljar Luht got a free kick in the 13th minute. A collision led to Urita getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Arne Isa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Urita's zone, Georg Heinola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Kaare came out of the goal and Georg Heinola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olaf Kaare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elari Talvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elari Talvik to make the kick off. If Madis Aalja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 53 minutes, Guido Vöörmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Vöörmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
