The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Kaupo Lauter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Ülenõmm was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. The tension between the Joakula SK and the Rukhve JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valter Nael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Heinola, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Elari Talvik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valter Nael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Mattias Niitsoo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joakula SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rukhve JK the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Joakula SK's zone, Kristofer Palts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valter Nael came out of the goal and Kristofer Palts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georg Heinola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Nael having to interfere. Vahur Nael might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valter Nael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vahur Nael ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 70 minutes, Kaupo Lauter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joakula SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaupo Lauter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute, Dan Hektor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Rukhve JK's Valter Nael threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elari Talvik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Elari Talvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valter Nael didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Valter Nael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahur Nael, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. One of Joakula SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rukhve JK:s goal. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Rukhve JK's Kristofer Palts got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Valter Nael. Rukhve JK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
