Erik Maasar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elar Aavasalu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Innar Hanni having to interfere. Erik Maasar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elar Ahjupera in the 38th minute of the match. Olev Võsomägi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Maasar having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilmar Nõmmsalu during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rahtla's Ilmar Nõmmsalu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Erik Maasar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elar Ahjupera in the 43rd minute of play. Elar Ahjupera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elar Ahjupera in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erik Maasar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elar Aavasalu was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match, Elar Ahjupera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erik Maasar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Olev Võsomägi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Kaimo Elts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rahtla and the Lau players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rahtla's Kaimo Elts got a free kick in the 61st minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Olev Võsomägi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olev Võsomägi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute Martin Valgma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Innar Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olev Võsomägi came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erik Maasar could save by the left post. Innar Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Valgma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Olev Võsomägi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rahtla's Erik Maasar. Erik Maasar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the match, Elar Aavasalu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lau's Innar Hanni. In the 98th minute, Siim Toom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Elar Aavasalu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lau had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
