Kalle Ärsis scored 1-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anti Põder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristian Vaarandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Steve Leier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Veikko Ojamaa during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Kristian Vaarandi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Steve Leier was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Virika's Koit Kingisepp shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 40th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Steve Leier but with some difficulty. Kristian Vaarandi succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristian Vaarandi to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Virika's Jörgen Lass got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jaak Mikiver hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Eiko Jõekallas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kristian Vaarandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Vaarandi in the 85th minute of play forced FC Aburi's goalkeeper Steve Leier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steve Leier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaur Talvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 98 minutes of play, Virika's Kaur Talvik made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steve Leier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Virika walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
