When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Kris Ärm put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lennart Klaas. If Arnold Veelmaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Vanamurd struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Lennart Klaas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kikivere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnold Veelmaa was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Arnold Veelmaa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kikivere's Freddy Kivi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Johannes Vanamurd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rousa JK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Erni Arro hit a great ball. Taavi Arus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lennart Klaas. Rousa JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Freddy Kivi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Veelmaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silver Ülesoo's late challenge caught a Rousa JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silver Ülesoo helped the player get up and apologised. Silver Ülesoo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Kris Ärm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lennart Klaas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Klaas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kris Ärm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Vanamurd got free with Lennart Klaas in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Kikivere players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
