FS Yanika's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 16th minute Sergo Raudsaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikk Asso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergo Raudsaar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikk Asso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Rasmus Jänes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FS Yanika getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Vaino Erapart hit a great ball. Rasmus Jänes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aivar Gustavson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, FS Yanika's goal looked a bit too open when Mart Niilo came free, but Aivar Gustavson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Rasmus Jänes managed to get in a good position for a shot. JK Yarni's supporters rose to their feet, but Rasmus Jänes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aivar Gustavson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mart Niilo made a kick off. Aivar Gustavson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Jänes in the 56th minute of play. In the 63rd minute Mart Niilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivar Gustavson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rasmus Jänes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, FS Yanika's goal looked a bit too open when Mart Niilo came free, but Aivar Gustavson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes JK Yarni got a freekick which was hit by Hanno Oad. In the 71st minute of the match Joel Koidu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mikk Asso skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elmut Roolaht got free with Mikk Asso in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikk Asso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergo Raudsaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elmut Roolaht struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Mikk Asso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FS Yanika. The crowd rose to their feet as Sergo Raudsaar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mikk Asso. That made the score 1-2 in the 85 minute of play. When Mart Niilo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the JK Yarni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mart Niilo couldn't finish the play. Aivar Gustavson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Jänes in the 98th minute of play. The JK Yarni supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FS Yanika's performance. The match ended with a win for FS Yanika.
