Taisto Kala might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hardi Kikerpill. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taisto Kala ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute, Indrek Kesa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maaritsa's Hardi Kikerpill proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Maaritsa from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalju Roosimägi in the 23rd minute of play forced Myadara's goalkeeper Valdur Stroom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Märten Karm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taisto Kala in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hardi Kikerpill saved Maaritsa from getting behind.

The wind increased when Kalju Roosimägi made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Maaritsa's Kalju Roosimägi got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Kris Raadel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hardi Kikerpill skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Myadara booed when Maaritsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meelis Vaarikas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lennart Mahlaoks hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Kalju Roosimägi might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdur Stroom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kalju Roosimägi ran back to his position shaking his head. Valdur Stroom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalju Roosimägi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Myadara's goalkeeper Valdur Stroom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Märten Karm. In the 82nd minute, Lennart Mahlaoks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Märten Karm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdur Stroom having to interfere. Kalju Roosimägi struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Valdur Stroom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maaritsa. Märten Karm might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdur Stroom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Märten Karm ran back to his position shaking his head. Maaritsa's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Myadara had won, even though Maaritsa had held more of the ball.
