Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leopold Reeder started the match with the kick off. Samuel Raasuke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Kodasoo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vasknarva:s goal. The referee gave Vasknarva a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Uuno Gustavson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kodasoo's Raimo Heinmaa. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elmut Rajamäe during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elmut Rajamäe hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Raimo Heinmaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Jaakson, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Leopold Reeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimo Heinmaa having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Kodasoo got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Voogjärv. When Elmut Rajamäe was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. In the 26th minute of the match Uuno Gustavson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimo Heinmaa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vasknarva's Franz Jaakson got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimo Heinmaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franz Jaakson in the 29th minute of play. Samuel Raasuke hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Vasknarva's Arne Härm got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Einar Oad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kodasoo's Raimo Heinmaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopold Reeder in the 36th minute of play. Uuno Gustavson hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uuno Gustavson during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The goalkeeper, Tõnu Ise, was totally fooled by Kodasoo's Mikk Vene, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 48 minutes into the match, Vasknarva's Franz Jaakson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimo Heinmaa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Georg Isa to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Franz Jaakson put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Raimo Heinmaa. When Samuel Raasuke came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Kodasoo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Raasuke couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Isa in the 61st minute of play forced Vasknarva's goalkeeper Tõnu Ise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Isa took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tõnu Ise. Tõnu Ise dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 69 minutes into the match, Vasknarva's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Isa came free, but Tõnu Ise reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joe Oinak's late challenge caught a Kodasoo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joe Oinak helped the player get up and apologised. Georg Isa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tõnu Ise read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Joe Oinak hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Einar Oad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Einar Oad struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Tõnu Ise didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kodasoo. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Leopold Reeder got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Franz Jaakson came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vasknarva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franz Jaakson couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vasknarva walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
