Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rabivere's Väino Ojasaar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ragnar Asjalik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Arthur Kirsipuu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väino Ojasaar in the 14th minute of play forced Sumusaare's goalkeeper Arthur Kirsipuu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timmo Lainoja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timmo Lainoja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Viljar Lüüs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rabivere booed when Sumusaare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Viilup didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sumusaare's goalkeeper Arthur Kirsipuu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Lembitu Haiba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rabivere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sumusaare the free kick. 30 minutes into the game, one of Rabivere:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Urmo Hurm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Arthur Kirsipuu made a huge save. Arthur Kirsipuu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Väino Ojasaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Timmo Lainoja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
In the 55th minute Uku Uluots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viljar Lüüs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalev Lehto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. The referee gave Sumusaare a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonhard Jaas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rabivere's Viljar Lüüs. 0-2. Viljar Lüüs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uku Uluots, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Sumusaare's Arthur Kirsipuu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Asjalik in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Sumusaare got a freekick which was hit by Imre Jahe. Arthur Kirsipuu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Asjalik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uku Uluots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viljar Lüüs having to interfere. In the 78th minute of the match, Timmo Lainoja got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viljar Lüüs was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Uku Uluots sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timmo Lainoja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viljar Lüüs having to interfere. Timmo Lainoja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Viljar Lüüs made a huge save. In the 97th minute, Rabivere's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Timmo Lainoja fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
