Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juss Kirst started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Sulev Varendi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Yokhvi's Taimo Heikman. Taimo Heikman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 16 played minutes JK Toomika got a freekick which was hit by Juss Kirst. Taimo Heikman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juss Kirst, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Taimo Heikman was a little too slow when Juss Kirst got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-0. Sulev Varendi's late challenge caught a FC Yokhvi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sulev Varendi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, JK Toomika's Sulev Varendi got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juss Kirst in the 30th minute of play forced FC Yokhvi's goalkeeper Taimo Heikman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sulev Varendi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 34 minutes into the match, FC Yokhvi's Ahti Leego sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aivo Mustasaar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahti Leego scored 3-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aivo Mustasaar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Juss Kirst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JK Toomika fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 45th minute, Sulev Varendi made a precise shot to the right of Taimo Heikman. FC Yokhvi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johannes Pregel to make the kick off. If Juss Kirst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Juss Kirst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taimo Heikman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sulev Varendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Priidu Viik's late challenge caught a FC Yokhvi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Priidu Viik helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Priidu Viik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Kuno Ernits fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Yokhvi's protests and gave Kuno Ernits a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of JK Toomika booed when FC Yokhvi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuno Ernits didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Johannes Pregel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, JK Toomika's Aivo Mustasaar got control of the ball when Ahti Leego tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 played minutes FC Yokhvi got a freekick which was hit by Ahti Leego. 75 minutes into the match, JK Toomika's goal looked a bit too open when Ahti Leego came free, but Aivo Mustasaar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Yokhvi's Taimo Heikman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juss Kirst in the 77th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahti Leego got free with Aivo Mustasaar in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sulev Varendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taimo Heikman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juss Kirst, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With a little luck, JK Toomika's Aivo Mustasaar got control of the ball when Johannes Pregel tried to sneak it across the goal line. JK Toomika's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
