Kaido Kadajas's late challenge caught a Peaky Blinders's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaido Kadajas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Kaido Kadajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andri Arulepp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jan Einberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Põldaas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Põldaas in the 14th minute of play forced Peaky Blinders's goalkeeper Jan Einberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Rapla FC's Rene Einberg got control of the ball when Aivar Lehtmets tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Einberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urmo Nikopensius in the 37th minute of play. If Aivar Lehtmets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jann Eenmäe in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Einberg saved Rapla FC from getting behind. Taaniel Pihlakas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Jann Eenmäe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rene Einberg having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jann Eenmäe got free with Rene Einberg in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Markus Põldaas was the one to do the kick off. If Markus Põldaas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jann Eenmäe might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Einberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jann Eenmäe ran back to his position shaking his head. Urmo Nikopensius struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Rene Einberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peaky Blinders. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Peaky Blinders players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
