After a defensive mix-up in Tonija's zone, Benno Härm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liis Arumeel came out of the goal and Benno Härm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Benno Härm from a close distance when the talented Liis Arumeel managed to make a qualified save. Tonija's players were relieved. Liis Arumeel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benno Härm, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Lennart Merioja fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tonija's protests and gave Lennart Merioja a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lacumaz booed when Tonija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Merioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simo Asi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volli Valmas in the 35th minute of the match. Liis Arumeel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benno Härm, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Tonija's Liis Arumeel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Tonija from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toivo Uusmaa got free with Liis Arumeel in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Benno Härm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaspar Usk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Tonija defense, Toivo Uusmaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Liis Arumeel. The Tonija fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Liis Arumeel should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benno Härm in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liis Arumeel saved Tonija from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Tonija's goal looked a bit too open when Toivo Uusmaa came free, but Liis Arumeel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alo Lepik might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simo Asi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alo Lepik ran back to his position shaking his head. Kalle Paha kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Lacumaz's Simo Asi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaspar Usk in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Toivo Uusmaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lacumaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toivo Uusmaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Alo Lepik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tonija's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lacumaz the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benno Härm in the 95th minute of play forced Tonija's goalkeeper Liis Arumeel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
