A collision led to FS Putla getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Rando Tüür hit a great ball. The supporters of JK Kõduküla booed when FS Putla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Sadam didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kõduküla's zone, Erkki Reismaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vallo Honga came out of the goal and Erkki Reismaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Aimar Hellenurm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FS Putla's Kevin Örn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erkki Reismaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vallo Honga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Erkki Reismaa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vallo Honga. JK Kõduküla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erkki Reismaa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, JK Kõduküla's Teet Niklus got a free kick in the 27th minute. JK Kõduküla's Vallo Honga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkki Reismaa in the 30th minute of play. Vallo Honga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Sadam in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Allan Sadam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FS Putla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Sadam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Richard Kala charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Kala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute Erkki Reismaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vallo Honga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Erkki Reismaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Teet Niklus fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JK Kõduküla's protests and gave Teet Niklus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Teet Niklus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Allan Sadam to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, FS Putla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Sadam to maneuver through the defense. When Allan Sadam got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. A collision led to JK Kõduküla getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Aigar Kuningas hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Sulev Mänd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaupo Vessmann in the 58th minute of play forced JK Kõduküla's goalkeeper Vallo Honga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Kalju Kender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kalju Kender during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes JK Kõduküla got a freekick which was hit by Kalju Kender. Kevin Örn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimar Hellenurm, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Kaupo Vessmann's late challenge caught a JK Kõduküla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaupo Vessmann helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of FS Putla:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of JK Kõduküla:s goal. Allan Sadam blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vallo Honga having to make a save. The supporters of JK Kõduküla booed when FS Putla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Kala didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Aimar Hellenurm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Örn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, FS Putla's Erkki Reismaa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kevin Örn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aimar Hellenurm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Veiler hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The supporters of JK Kõduküla booed when FS Putla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkki Reismaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aigar Kuningas came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the JK Kõduküla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aigar Kuningas couldn't finish the play. Aimar Hellenurm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Kevin Örn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FS Putla players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
