Lepplaane's Arni Jõgi got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, FC Ahja's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Naaris came free, but Roland Täll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Lepplaane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jass Valgupera to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, FC Ahja's Kaur Noobel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Naaris in the 31st minute of play forced FC Ahja's goalkeeper Roland Täll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalmer Lehtpuu was a little too slow when Kaur Noobel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-0. After having played for 37 minutes, Fred Naaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lepplaane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Naaris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Lepplaane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ailar Vikat to maneuver through the defense. Sander Viil didn't quite understand what happened when in the 48 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaur Noobel to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Lepplaane got a freekick which was hit by Väino Jomm. Fred Naaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Roland Täll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lepplaane's zone, Kaur Noobel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalmer Lehtpuu came out of the goal and Kaur Noobel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Ahja's Kusti Toom got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, FC Ahja's Roland Täll got control of the ball when Ailar Vikat tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Ahja's Uku Uibo got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kalmer Lehtpuu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaur Noobel in the 73rd minute of play. Aabel Hindremäe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Fred Naaris came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Lepplaane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Naaris couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd match minute, Lepplaane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jüri Kuusk to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Lepplaane's goal looked a bit too open when Uku Uibo came free, but Kalmer Lehtpuu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Kaur Noobel managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ahja's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaur Noobel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalmer Lehtpuu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kaur Noobel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the game, FC Ahja's Uku Uibo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kalmer Lehtpuu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. FC Ahja's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
