The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ander Vahi during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ander Vahi hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. If Laur Ratassepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Madis Hõbesoo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Janis Mihklimäe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Märt Viigipuu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maido Tooma having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Laur Ratassepp lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Madis Hõbesoo. 21 minutes into the match, SK Lahe's goal looked a bit too open when Ander Vahi came free, but Maido Tooma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janis Mihklimäe in the 26th minute of play forced Harjel FS's goalkeeper Madis Hõbesoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laur Ratassepp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Madis Hõbesoo came out and tried to block the shot, but Laur Ratassepp slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laur Ratassepp in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Madis Hõbesoo saved Harjel FS from getting behind. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Harjel FS's goalkeeper Madis Hõbesoo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Märt Viigipuu made a kick off. Aapo Kasendi kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laur Ratassepp in the 54th minute of play forced Harjel FS's goalkeeper Madis Hõbesoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes, Juss Uluk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harjel FS and the SK Lahe players grew even worse after the yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the Harjel FS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Lahe.
