Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Joonuse FC's Voldemar Tohvri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Joel Usin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute, Joonuse FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raivo Rätsep fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 10th minute Voldemar Tohvri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ervin Mahlamaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laanekula's Andreas Vetik suffered a sore thigh after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ott Hobune charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ott Hobune the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Joonuse FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ott Hobune to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ott Hobune in the 17th minute of play forced Laanekula's goalkeeper Ervin Mahlamaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Joonuse FC's Aare Saia got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Harri Suursaar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kaido Leemet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Laanekula's zone, Ott Hobune stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ervin Mahlamaa came out of the goal and Ott Hobune tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ott Hobune fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ervin Mahlamaa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Voldemar Tohvri in the 32nd minute of play forced Laanekula's goalkeeper Ervin Mahlamaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaido Leemet came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Laanekula's Joel Usin. But to his dismay, Joel Usin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Marek Kork received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kaido Leemet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Aadu Niidumaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laanekula's Harri Suursaar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Joonuse FC. Voldemar Tohvri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ervin Mahlamaa having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Usin was the one to do the kick off. Laanekula's Joel Usin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laanekula's Ervin Mahlamaa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Laanekula from getting a goal against them. Ott Hobune's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Ervin Mahlamaa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 65th minute Joel Usin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaido Leemet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Laanekula's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Urb came free, but Ervin Mahlamaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Voldemar Tohvri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Usin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Kaido Leemet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaido Leemet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Usin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joonuse FC's Aadu Niidumaa got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ott Hobune came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Joonuse FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ott Hobune couldn't finish the play. Voldemar Tohvri might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ervin Mahlamaa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Voldemar Tohvri ran back to his position shaking his head. If Voldemar Tohvri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joonuse FC's Kaido Leemet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Usin in the 96th minute of play.
