Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute Olev Sulg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tavo Ilves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olev Sulg in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tavo Ilves saved Pikla from getting behind. Tavo Ilves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Hellenurm, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Madis Vaarmets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silver Hovi having to interfere. When Pikla's Ergo Traks in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Voidivere's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29thth minute of the game Ergo Traks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Voidivere's Silver Hovi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ergo Traks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silver Hovi having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Oskar Hellenurm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voidivere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Hellenurm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Madis Vaarmets had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silver Hovi. Voidivere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Madis Vaarmets was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrik Murelik during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oskar Hellenurm was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Pikla's Tavo Ilves got control of the ball when Oskar Hellenurm tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ülo Mõniste got free with Tavo Ilves in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tavo Ilves was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arne Põld. Oskar Hellenurm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tavo Ilves made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Pikla's zone, Oskar Hellenurm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tavo Ilves came out of the goal and Oskar Hellenurm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Oskar Hellenurm came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Voidivere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Hellenurm couldn't finish the play. Edmund Leo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silver Hovi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ergo Traks in the 84th minute of play. If Uku Kapsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pikla's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
