Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kiur Pulver took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Olev Veerma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meeri JK's Evald Annama was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Kiur Pulver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metsanurga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kiur Pulver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Elmu Ojaperv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Priidu Tuur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Meeri JK's Priidu Tuur in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Metsanurga's goalie prevented a goal. Meeri JK's Evald Annama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olev Veerma in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ailar Hõbesoo in the 33rd minute of play forced Meeri JK's goalkeeper Evald Annama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elmu Ojaperv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sven Virkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Priidu Tuur to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven Virkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Priidu Tuur in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes, Meeri JK's Eikki Kosemaa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven Virkus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Meeri JK reached it. Evald Annama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiur Pulver, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When Elmu Ojaperv came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Meeri JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elmu Ojaperv couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the game, Ingmar Leppik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Metsanurga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meeri JK the free kick. After 70 played minutes Metsanurga got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Leppik. Olev Veerma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Evald Annama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evald Annama came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Metsanurga's Olev Veerma. But to his dismay, Olev Veerma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Sepo Ilvik fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meeri JK's protests and gave Sepo Ilvik a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Kiur Pulver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meeri JK's Evald Annama was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Priidu Tuur charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Priidu Tuur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Metsanurga booed when Meeri JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Priidu Tuur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elmu Ojaperv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sven Virkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Meeri JK getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Elmu Ojaperv hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
