The supporters of FC Kaevussaare booed when Olbiku was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Märt Põder didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Olbiku getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Oliver Kaasik hit a great ball. 16 minutes in the game, Reino Talu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Reino Talus short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Sulev Saarnak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oliver Kaasik hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Enno Lepik took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Sulev Saarnak to make any attempt to save it. If Silver Raig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34thth minute of the game Enno Lepik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olbiku's Sulev Saarnak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vello Roht during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vello Roht hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Reino Talu struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Sulev Saarnak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kaevussaare. After a defensive mix-up in Olbiku's zone, Reino Talu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sulev Saarnak came out of the goal and Reino Talu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reino Talu in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sulev Saarnak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enno Lepik made a kick off. Märt Põder took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvin Pottsepp. FC Kaevussaare's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silver Raig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Pottsepp having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82ndth minute of the game Oodo Ranna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olbiku's Sulev Saarnak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, FC Kaevussaare's Alvin Pottsepp got control of the ball when Silver Raig tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enno Lepik in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sulev Saarnak saved Olbiku from getting behind. Hardo Karm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 92 in the game by Silver Raig from a close distance when the talented Alvin Pottsepp managed to make a qualified save. FC Kaevussaare's players were relieved.
