The referee ignored Lucky FC's protests and gave Leo Kaljumäe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lucky FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Leo Kaljumäe hit a great ball. Viljar Veerma scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Narbut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucky FC's Ivo Kundla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilmar Ilvik. That made the score 1-1 after 12 minutes of play. Ivo Kundla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Ilmar Ilvik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, Elar Virks was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Petrikyula SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucky FC the free kick. Elar Virks kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Lucky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hendrik Ainsaar came free, but Roland Narbut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Lucky FC booed when Petrikyula SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Ainsaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Ervin Jaago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo Kundla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Viljar Veerma made the kick off in the second half. If Ivo Kundla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Petrikyula SK defense, Ivo Kundla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilmar Ilvik. The Petrikyula SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilmar Ilvik should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute of the match, Viljar Veerma tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roland Narbut saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ivo Kundla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
