After 13 minutes, Phaiakes Pefanis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aravissós and the Tsekoúri BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fanis Bilias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhesos Angavanakis having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Aravissós got a freekick which was hit by Laios Ruvelas. Akastos Triantis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimosthenis Spiridakou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Takis Protopsaltis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimosthenis Spiridakou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tsekoúri BC's Takis Protopsaltis got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laios Ruvelas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Rhesos Angavanakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fanis Bilias, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 39 played minutes Tsekoúri BC got a freekick which was hit by Kephalos Ruvelas. Nicias Nikolakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Aravissós's zone, Akastos Triantis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimosthenis Spiridakou came out of the goal and Akastos Triantis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akastos Triantis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Akastos Triantis fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tsekoúri BC's protests and gave Akastos Triantis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Akastos Triantis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kephalos Ruvelas kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Aravissós's Dimosthenis Spiridakou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Aravissós from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Aravissós defense, Takis Protopsaltis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimosthenis Spiridakou. The Aravissós fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimosthenis Spiridakou should have stopped the shot. Tsekoúri BC's Akastos Triantis got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Akastos Triantis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicias Nikolakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Takis Protopsaltis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dimosthenis Spiridakou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aravissós's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Takis Protopsaltis scored to the left of an out of position Dimosthenis Spiridakou, making the score, 0-2. Nicias Nikolakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Takis Protopsaltis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dimosthenis Spiridakou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
