But to his dismay, Myrtilos Chronis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Slímista getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Grigoris Michael hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Slímista's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Christodoulou came free, but Akamas Kotsiopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikias Argitakos made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Myrtilos Chronis sent off a good shot on target. Antonis Spelas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akamas Kotsiopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a rather tough play, Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's Charalambos Calogerakis got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 56 minutes, Myrtilos Chronis made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's Nikias Argitakos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Antonis Spelas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonis Spelas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akamas Kotsiopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Hektor Theofilopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slímista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's goalkeeper Nikias Argitakos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee ignored Slímista's protests and gave Alpheios Vrettos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Slímista getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alpheios Vrettos hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Hektor Theofilopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nikias Argitakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's Inakhos Panagopoulos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Akamas Kotsiopoulos but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonis Spelas in the 87th minute of play forced Slímista's goalkeeper Akamas Kotsiopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Nikos Christodoulou could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Akamas Kotsiopoulos however easily saved by the left post. Hektor Theofilopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikias Argitakos having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Alpheios Vrettos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slímista's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
