Chronis Konstantatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aigimios Rigatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Kanake Rousakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vageníti's supporters rose to their feet, but Kanake Rousakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kanake Rousakis to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, one of Vageníti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vageníti. 59 minutes into the match, Kanake Rousakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pavlos Garofalis. Apep pelendriou's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kanake Rousakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Aigimios Rigatos came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Apep pelendriou fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aigimios Rigatos couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vageníti's goalkeeper Chronis Konstantatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nessos Fitzios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Kanake Rousakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute Kanake Rousakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Garofalis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nessos Fitzios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Garofalis having to interfere. Kanake Rousakis struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Pavlos Garofalis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vageníti.
