Dinekis Bekyros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laios Koustoubos in the 6th minute of the match. Dinekis Bekyros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kolonos Tekosis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Kolonos Tekosis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Dinekis Bekyros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Kolonos Tekosis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 minutes, Grigoris Mersinias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC MILAN and the Xirochóri players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexandros Giangos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dinekis Bekyros. AC MILAN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aietes Kanavos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkmaion Demakis having to interfere. Dinekis Bekyros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laios Koustoubos in the 27th minute of play. Laios Koustoubos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinekis Bekyros having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Laios Koustoubos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dinekis Bekyros was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ilias Polychronopoulos. After 43 minutes, Salmakis Shinas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC MILAN and the Xirochóri players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes AC MILAN got a freekick which was hit by Salmakis Shinas. Grigoris Mersinias kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes, Xirochóri's Alexandros Giangos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dinekis Bekyros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xirochóri reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laios Koustoubos made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Xirochóri fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Lefteris Paschalis shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Priamos Protopsaltis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinekis Bekyros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kolonos Tekosis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Xirochóri's Alkmaion Demakis got control of the ball when Aietes Kanavos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC MILAN's goalkeeper Dinekis Bekyros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66thth minute of the game Laios Koustoubos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC MILAN's Dinekis Bekyros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alkmaion Demakis made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Aietes Kanavos sent off a good shot on target. Priamos Protopsaltis hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Kolonos Tekosis fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xirochóri's protests and gave Kolonos Tekosis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Xirochóri getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Kolonos Tekosis hit a great ball. AC MILAN's Dinekis Bekyros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kolonos Tekosis in the 80th minute of play. Dinekis Bekyros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kolonos Tekosis, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, AC MILAN's goal looked a bit too open when Laios Koustoubos came free, but Dinekis Bekyros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laios Koustoubos in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinekis Bekyros saved AC MILAN from getting behind. Aietes Kanavos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Aietes Kanavos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alkmaion Demakis. Xirochóri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aietes Kanavos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. AC MILAN succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Xirochóri had controlled the match.
