In the 11th minute, Renos Manetas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Konstantinos Katsafanas. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to Arístinon FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sofoklis Preftokis hit a great ball. Sofoklis Preftokis kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Peskhenion FC's Anestis Kalakos tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Orthros Iymperopoulou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorikos Vassilopulos in the 21st minute of the match. If Thorikos Vassilopulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantinos Katsafanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofoklis Preftokis in the 33rd minute of play. Orthros Iymperopoulou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thanos Drivakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Apsyrtos Karaoulanis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arístinon FC's Deukalion Angelopoulos tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Thanos Drivakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orthros Iymperopoulou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Renos Manetas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Peskhenion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kheiron Kouros to maneuver through the defense.
