An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadmos Kokkinos in the 30th minute of play forced Muzuras BC's goalkeeper Koios Skandalis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kadmos Kokkinos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Koios Skandalis was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Thanos Katsiavrias charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thanos Katsiavrias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zógas! When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Muzuras BC's Akheloos Stamatelopoulos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Makhaon Roros. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Akis Lolos was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zógas's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolis Villas came free, but Makhaon Roros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Akheloos Stamatelopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zógas's Babbis Koulouris couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Muzuras BC. 58 minutes into the match, Muzuras BC's goalkeeper Koios Skandalis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Likourgos Tassioglou. The supporters of Zógas booed when Muzuras BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanos Chellos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Likourgos Tassioglou succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 64th playminute. Likourgos Tassioglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Zógas. Babbis Koulouris stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Koios Skandalis. 1-3. Kadmos Kokkinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Koios Skandalis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Kadmos Kokkinos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Likourgos Tassioglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koios Skandalis having to interfere. If Likourgos Tassioglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadmos Kokkinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Koios Skandalis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Muzuras BC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zógas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
