With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akis Lolos in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leukothoe Tsaousidis saved Arnikoú from getting behind. Helios Haritopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanos Chellos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Helios Haritopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Arnikoú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helios Haritopoulos couldn't finish the play. Akis Lolos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Muzuras BC's Akis Lolos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leukothoe Tsaousidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Koios Skandalis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apostolis Kokoris, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Koios Skandalis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helios Haritopoulos in the 41st minute of the match. Arnikoú's Leukothoe Tsaousidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Arnikoú from getting a goal against them. After 46 played minutes Muzuras BC got a freekick which was hit by Thanos Chellos. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Leukothoe Tsaousidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akis Lolos, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Helios Haritopoulos was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Helios Haritopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koios Skandalis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolis Villas in the 72nd minute of play forced Arnikoú's goalkeeper Leukothoe Tsaousidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lykaon Paraskos hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Arnikoú's Thorikos Lagidis got a free kick in the 76th minute. Leukothoe Tsaousidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apostolis Villas in the 80th minute of the match. Arnikoú's Helios Haritopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akis Lolos during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Arnikoú's zone, Apostolis Villas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leukothoe Tsaousidis came out of the goal and Apostolis Villas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
