Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iakchos Melonakos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Iakchos Melonakos made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Charalambos Petridis sent off a good shot on target. Charalambos Petridis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Iakchos Melonakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sgardheliánika's Nikias Fotiadis got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charalambos Petridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A.C. MILAN 1899's Iakchos Melonakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikias Fotiadis in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Nikias Fotiadis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sgardheliánika's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikias Fotiadis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charalambos Petridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nikias Fotiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Iakchos Melonakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MILAN 1899's Dioskouroi Papoutsis got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Iakchos Melonakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikias Fotiadis in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Agesilaus Frangopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.C. MILAN 1899's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sgardheliánika the free kick. Agesilaus Frangopoulos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Nikias Fotiadis took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iakchos Melonakos. Iakchos Melonakos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Charalambos Petridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dioskouroi Papoutsis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aigimios Karaoulanis having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dioskouroi Papoutsis in the 71st minute of play forced Sgardheliánika's goalkeeper Aigimios Karaoulanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Labdakos Volakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Aigimios Karaoulanis made a huge save. Charalambos Petridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Charalambos Petridis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charalambos Petridis couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Nikias Fotiadis notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of A.C. MILAN 1899's Iakchos Melonakos. Iakchos Melonakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute Charalambos Petridis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iakchos Melonakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sgardheliánika had played much better football throughout.
