Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Simeon Tselikas made the kick off and thus started the match. Glauke Kaloxylos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laios Shinas went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Takis Gazonas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simeon Tselikas in the 10th minute of play. Thanasis Markopoulos hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Samothracia FC's zone, Menios Anetakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Gazonas came out of the goal and Menios Anetakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simeon Tselikas might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Takis Gazonas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simeon Tselikas ran back to his position shaking his head. Thrinakie Souflas charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thrinakie Souflas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Markási BC's Simeon Tselikas in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samothracia FC's goalie prevented a goal. Aias Sotiris kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Simeon Tselikas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Samothracia FC's Aietes Kakavetsis got a free kick in the 24th minute. Takis Gazonas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simeon Tselikas's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Samothracia FC's Takis Gazonas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simeon Tselikas in the 29th minute of play. Takis Gazonas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simeon Tselikas went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simeon Tselikas in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Takis Gazonas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Menios Anetakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takis Gazonas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simeon Tselikas in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ploutos Pappageorge made the kick off in the second half. When Laios Shinas came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Samothracia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laios Shinas couldn't finish the play. If Simeon Tselikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Menios Anetakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67thth minute of the game Simeon Tselikas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samothracia FC's Takis Gazonas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Menios Anetakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Markási BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Menios Anetakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Markási BC booed when Samothracia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Askanios Dimitriou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menios Anetakiss short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Takis Gazonas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute, Markási BC's Simeon Tselikas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Menios Anetakis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Markási BC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 87 minutes, Amykos Karabatsos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samothracia FC and the Markási BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Amykos Karabatsos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Markási BC's Lakis Plevritis got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes, Samothracia FC's Askanios Dimitriou shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Glauke Kaloxylos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samothracia FC reached it. The Samothracia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Markási BC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
