The ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926 fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926's Kyszkos Kouklakis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Asopos Louverdis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyszkos Kouklakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Kyszkos Kouklakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Asopos Louverdis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asopos Louverdis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyszkos Kouklakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Asopos Louverdis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aiolos Brisimitzakis in the 20th minute. When Kyszkos Kouklakis came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyszkos Kouklakis couldn't finish the play. In the 24th match minute, Komninádes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Sarantopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Kyszkos Kouklakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Areion Hristopoulos during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Komninádes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Areion Hristopoulos to maneuver through the defense. In the 31stth minute of the game Kyszkos Kouklakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Komninádes FC's Asopos Louverdis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot by Deukalion Paloumbas from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Asopos Louverdis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Asopos Louverdis made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Aiolos Brisimitzakis sent off a good shot on target. Menios Strilakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asopos Louverdis having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iosif Bourikas was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Komninádes FC's goalkeeper Asopos Louverdis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aiolos Brisimitzakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asopos Louverdis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Kyszkos Kouklakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asopos Louverdis having to interfere. Kyszkos Kouklakis struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Asopos Louverdis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926. Kyszkos Kouklakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Aiolos Brisimitzakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asopos Louverdis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 89 minutes into the match, ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926's Kyszkos Kouklakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asopos Louverdis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Komninádes FC's Asopos Louverdis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyszkos Kouklakis in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Areion Tourna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lykos Giannopoulos, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Kyszkos Kouklakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ΑΠΟΕΛ ULTRAS 1926's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
