After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Patroklos Lalagos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zérvi's supporters rose to their feet, but Patroklos Lalagos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a rather tough play, Zérvi's Nikias Giannopoulos got a free kick in the 89th minute. Tantalos Kopsas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khariklo Christodoulou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kyperounda United played a much better game than Zérvi and deserved their victory. The Zérvi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
