After having played for 5 minutes, Ploutos Giannakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sklíthra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ploutos Giannakopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stathis Petimezas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ilias Tsiaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akontios Mihas hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Koulis Manos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Thomas Kreskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Trováto's zone, Ploutos Giannakopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilias Tsiaris came out of the goal and Ploutos Giannakopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Koulis Manos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sklíthra FC's zone, Koulis Manos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Kreskas came out of the goal and Koulis Manos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Kreskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavlos Angelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Sklíthra FC's Ploutos Giannakopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Trováto's Nestoras Chrysanthopoulos got a free kick in the 29th minute. Stathis Petimezas struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ilias Tsiaris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sklíthra FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ploutos Giannakopoulos in the 35th minute of play forced Trováto's goalkeeper Ilias Tsiaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes, Ploutos Giannakopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sklíthra FC and the Trováto players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Trováto booed when Sklíthra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ploutos Giannakopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Stathis Petimezas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Ploutos Giannakopoulos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilias Tsiaris, 1-0. In the 46th match minute, Sklíthra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonidas Chrysanthopoulos to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Koulis Manos to make the kick off. Dioskouroi Tsarouhtsis kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sofoklis Pintzopoulos, 53 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Koulis Manos sped through Sklíthra FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomas Kreskas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Makhaon Pantelakos during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Koulis Manos might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Kreskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Koulis Manos ran back to his position shaking his head. When Pavlos Angelis came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Trováto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavlos Angelis couldn't finish the play. After having played for 69 minutes, Koulis Manos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trováto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Koulis Manos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Makhaon Pantelakos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Sklíthra FC's Makhaon Pantelakos got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Trováto booed when Sklíthra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akontios Mihas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trováto's Sofoklis Pintzopoulos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sklíthra FC. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sklíthra FC's goalkeeper Thomas Kreskas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koulis Manos in the 80th minute of play forced Sklíthra FC's goalkeeper Thomas Kreskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Trováto's goal looked a bit too open when Stathis Petimezas came free, but Ilias Tsiaris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes Trováto got a freekick which was hit by Myrtilos Theodoratos. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sklíthra FC's goalkeeper Thomas Kreskas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavlos Angelis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Kreskas having to make a save. Leonidas Chrysanthopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Trováto players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
