Sokratis Rigopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Iphiklos Souflas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aiolos Logarakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panagiotis Chrysanthopoulos in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Osmanítsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akheloos Argitakos to maneuver through the defense. Osmanítsa's Aiolos Logarakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Chrysanthopoulos in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Osmanítsa getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Manos Kapsimalles hit a great ball. Simeon Triantafillou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aiolos Logarakis having to interfere. When Alkmaion Geracimos fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osmanítsa's protests and gave Alkmaion Geracimos a yellow card for diving instead. Sokratis Rigopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iphiklos Souflas having to interfere. When Osmanítsa's Sokratis Rigopoulos in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Sokratis Rigopoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iphiklos Souflas. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. In the 33rd minute Panagiotis Chrysanthopoulos suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Skhoineus Alexis fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osmanítsa's protests and gave Skhoineus Alexis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, one of Osmanítsa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Osmanítsa. If Simeon Triantafillou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Glauke Kopsas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Simeon Triantafillou made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kheiron Diplarakos during the 53rd minute. Iphiklos Souflas had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Iphikles Kalakos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Doïráni FC defense, Iphikles Kalakos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iphiklos Souflas. The Doïráni FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iphiklos Souflas should have stopped the shot. Antonis Roussos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Iphiklos Souflas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Doïráni FC's Glauke Kopsas got a free kick in the 69th minute. The supporters of Doïráni FC booed when Osmanítsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkmaion Geracimos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Osmanítsa's goalkeeper Aiolos Logarakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simeon Triantafillou. In the 80th minute, Simeon Triantafillou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aiolos Logarakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Areion Kezdoglou charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Areion Kezdoglou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Areion Kezdoglou kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Doïráni FC got a freekick which was hit by Areion Kezdoglou. When Manos Kapsimalles came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Osmanítsa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manos Kapsimalles couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Areion Kezdoglou got free with Aiolos Logarakis in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Doïráni FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Osmanítsa.
