Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mogilev's Jakim Tabarov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Mikita Kotov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baranovichi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikita Kotov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Habrovsky was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Mikita Kotov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mikita Kotov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 10 played minutes Baranovichi got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Yakubovich. Sergey Ragozik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Martynov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Jakim Tabarov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogilev's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakim Tabarov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergey Ragozik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mogilev's Denis Habrovsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikita Kotov in the 22nd minute of play. Boris Martynov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergey Ragozik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Fedor Sviridov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baranovichi and the Mogilev players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 minutes of play, Mogilev's Jakim Tabarov made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergey Ragozik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sergey Ragozik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nester Safarevich, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Mikita Kotov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mogilev's Denis Habrovsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikita Kotov in the 47th minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikita Kotov to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakim Tabarov in the 82nd minute of play forced Baranovichi's goalkeeper Sergey Ragozik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakim Tabarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergey Ragozik having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Baranovichi's Vladimir Yakubovich got a free kick in the 85th minute. Sergey Ragozik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakim Tabarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Boris Martynov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Lomach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
