Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Soligorsk's Semen Evdokimenko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Soligorsk's Genady Ignatiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Kostitsin in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Soligorsk's Vseslav Polyakov got a free kick in the 10th minute. Semen Evdokimenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Anatoly Pashkevich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maksim Ramashevich was shown his second yellow card after 41 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Semen Evdokimenko in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anatoly Pashkevich saved Gorki from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonid Kostitsin during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Soligorsk's Tadeuz Hershanovich broke free in the 48th minute of the match and struck a powerful long shot that almost became a goal, but instead the ball went outside the right post. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
