Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Denis Starushkevich made the kick off which started today's match. Baranovichi's Arseny Atrahovich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkady Sokolovsky in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Mateush Trojan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baranovichi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brest the free kick. In the 4th minute, one of Baranovichi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Baranovichi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Starushkevich in the 11th minute of play forced Brest's goalkeeper Nazar Mironov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Brest's Arkady Sokolovsky in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baranovichi's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dmitry Molatov in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arseny Atrahovich saved Baranovichi from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Arkady Sokolovsky notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Baranovichi's Arseny Atrahovich. Arseny Atrahovich was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vadim Kurilin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazar Mironov having to interfere. Denis Starushkevich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes, Danila Chernikov made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Brest's Nazar Mironov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Baranovichi getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Prohar Levashevich hit a great ball. Brest's Arkady Sokolovsky got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oleg Lapashko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Arseny Atrahovich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vadim Kurilin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oleg Lapashko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Arseny Atrahovich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baranovichi's Arseny Atrahovich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oleg Lapashko in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oleg Lapashko made a kick off. In the 51st minute Denis Starushkevich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazar Mironov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Starushkevich in the 55th minute of play forced Brest's goalkeeper Nazar Mironov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baranovichi's Vadim Kurilin in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brest's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59th minute Vadim Kurilin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazar Mironov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Starushkevich might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nazar Mironov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Starushkevich ran back to his position shaking his head. Vadim Kurilin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazar Mironov having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Starushkevich in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nazar Mironov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denis Starushkevich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Nazar Mironov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes, Baranovichi's Svetamir Dranchuk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nazar Mironov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baranovichi reached it. Arkady Sokolovsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Baranovichi booed when Brest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dmitry Molatov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Denis Starushkevich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Brest got a freekick which was hit by Georgij Babroysky. Denis Starushkevich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brest's Nazar Mironov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Starushkevich in the 81st minute of play. Arkady Sokolovsky's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Arseny Atrahovich skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arkady Sokolovsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Arseny Atrahovich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheslav Lukin scored 1-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arseny Atrahovich, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arkady Sokolovsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Arseny Atrahovich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Brest supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brest would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
