Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miraslav Perevozkin started the match with the kick off. Minsk's Valery Mezin got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Vladislav Stahovsky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, one of Minsk:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Minsk. Danila Sazanovich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Denis Makarsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danila Sazanovich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Brest's Miraslav Perevozkin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arkady Korzun. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. 22 minutes into the match, Minsk's goal looked a bit too open when Miraslav Perevozkin came free, but Arkady Korzun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 23 minutes on the clock, Sergey Dovnar commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Brest. Svetamir Demchenko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arkady Korzun. 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Andrey Rebryn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Danila Sazanovich made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Andrey Rebryn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minsk's goalkeeper Arkady Korzun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Minsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksandr Fadeev to maneuver through the defense. Aleksandr Fadeev hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Danila Sazanovich might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Makarsky. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danila Sazanovich ran back to his position shaking his head. Denis Makarsky made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danila Sazanovich in the 74th minute. Arkady Korzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrey Rebryn, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Danila Sazanovich struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Denis Makarsky didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minsk. If Danila Sazanovich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the game, Valery Mezin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minsk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brest the free kick. Valery Mezin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Arkady Korzun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miraslav Perevozkin in the 90th minute of play. Brest's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Svetamir Demchenko in the 92nd minute. The corner led to Brest's Prohar Galenchik getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.
