Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Evgeny Noskov started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Zhlobin's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Evgeny Noskov scored to the left of an out of position Svetamir Syromiatnikov, making the score, 1-0. Aleksey Kalach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haryton Nikalaenok, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Svetamir Syromiatnikov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Ugarov in the 11th minute. Evgeny Noskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Svetamir Syromiatnikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zhlobin's Bogdan Laguta got a free kick in the 16th minute. Jan Ugarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svetamir Syromiatnikov having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Evgeny Noskov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogilev's supporters rose to their feet, but Evgeny Noskov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svetamir Syromiatnikov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Jan Ugarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evgeny Noskov might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Svetamir Syromiatnikov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evgeny Noskov ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Ugarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svetamir Syromiatnikov having to interfere. Jan Ugarov took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Svetamir Syromiatnikov. Svetamir Syromiatnikov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Zhlobin's zone, Kirill Repchyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Svetamir Syromiatnikov came out of the goal and Kirill Repchyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evgeny Noskov in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Svetamir Syromiatnikov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The supporters of Zhlobin booed when Mogilev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Ugarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Zhlobin's Kastus Lamashko got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zhlobin's goalkeeper Svetamir Syromiatnikov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mogilev's Aleksey Kalach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Mogilev from getting a goal against them. Yaroslav Lozhkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haryton Nikalaenok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yaroslav Lozhkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aleksey Kalach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Viktor Zakrevsky took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Aleksey Kalach to make any attempt to save it. Evgeny Noskov's late challenge caught a Zhlobin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evgeny Noskov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zhlobin booed when Mogilev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evgeny Noskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Kastus Lamashko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Zakrevsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute Jan Ugarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetamir Syromiatnikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mogilev's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
