If Velyo Paralovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoy Tudzharov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Donyo Demirov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Totleben's supporters rose to their feet, but Donyo Demirov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodor Nastev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Radoy Tudzharov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Teodor Nastev made a huge save. In the 21st minute Toncho Savev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavyan Chervenyakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evstati Gitzov in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Slavyan Chervenyakov saved FC Totleben from getting behind. Teodor Nastev made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Radoy Tudzharov sent off a good shot on target. Andrey Florev charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrey Florev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 38 minutes into the game, one of Borussia Dortmund:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Teodor Nastev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donyo Demirov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Slavyan Chervenyakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toncho Savev in the 47th minute of play. The FC Totleben players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Borussia Dortmund were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Evstati Gitzov made the kick off in the second half. Toncho Savev took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Slavyan Chervenyakov. Slavyan Chervenyakov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 56th minute, Donyo Demirov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Donyo Demirov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Teodor Nastev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 68 minutes, Toncho Savev made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Totleben's Slavyan Chervenyakov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Evstati Gitzov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Slavyan Chervenyakov 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, FC Totleben's goal looked a bit too open when Evstati Gitzov came free, but Slavyan Chervenyakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoy Tudzharov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Teodor Nastev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Totleben's Genadi Kirov got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute of the match Yoto Kalev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Slavyan Chervenyakov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FC Totleben's Slavyan Chervenyakov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC Totleben from getting a goal against them. Evstati Gitzov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, FC Totleben's goal looked a bit too open when Evstati Gitzov came free, but Slavyan Chervenyakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Borussia Dortmund players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
