Toni Boychev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maksim Linev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Vidyo Razsolkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ginyo Oronov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ivaylo Kaymakchiyski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ginyo Oronov was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. FC Kalotinzi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivaylo Kaymakchiyski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute Vidyo Razsolkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ginyo Oronov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Peyo Pipkov notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Kalotinzi's Toni Boychev. Toni Boychev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

After having played for 89 minutes, Peyo Pipkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potournak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peyo Pipkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ginyo Oronov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivaylo Kaymakchiyski in the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vidyo Razsolkov got free with Ginyo Oronov in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Potournak fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Kalotinzi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
