The supporters of CSKA Buchevarite booed when Trakiytsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neycho Paunov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodor Valyavicharski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavor Glavchovski in the 12th minute of the match. Lilcho Kanev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaloyan Sidov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaloyan Sidov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lilcho Kanev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Trakiytsi's Plamen Shotev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lilcho Kanev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Plamen Shotev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trakiytsi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Plamen Shotev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 31st minute of the match Panayot Tuliyski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Panayot Tuliyski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Trakiytsi booed when CSKA Buchevarite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panayot Tuliyski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plamen Shotev might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lilcho Kanev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Plamen Shotev ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the game, Deyan Zhikov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Buchevarite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trakiytsi the free kick. A collision led to CSKA Buchevarite getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Deyan Zhikov hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Radul Patarchanov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CSKA Buchevarite's Lilcho Kanev didn't even have to move. 41 minutes into the match, CSKA Buchevarite's goal looked a bit too open when Kaloyan Sidov came free, but Lilcho Kanev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lilcho Kanev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaloyan Sidov's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Trakiytsi getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Parvan Púrvanov hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, CSKA Buchevarite's Sava Slanchev broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaloyan Sidov to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaloyan Sidov in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lilcho Kanev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yavor Glavchovski kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Plamen Shotev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Kaloyan Sidov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragan Dichovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Valyavicharski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragan Dichovski in the 75th minute of play forced Trakiytsi's goalkeeper Teodor Valyavicharski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sava Slanchev hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Lilcho Kanev successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lilcho Kanev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaloyan Sidov, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Dragan Dichovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragan Dichovski struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Teodor Valyavicharski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Buchevarite. Trakiytsi were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing CSKA Buchevarite to leave the ground with a draw.
