When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tenyo Grúncharov sped through CSKA Pandukli's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evgeni Gorchev. In the 14th minute Peyo Bozhov suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gercho Zagarov during the 14th minute.
