Boyan Shinikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Krupnik. In the 8th match minute, Krupnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafail Topchiev to maneuver through the defense. Anatoli Agontzev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yanko Levunliev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the game, Evlogi Dúrzhanski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Академик София's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Krupnik the free kick. In the 16th minute, Evlogi Dúrzhanski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Yanko Levunliev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Radul Santov's late challenge caught a Krupnik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radul Santov helped the player get up and apologised. Yanko Levunliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anatoli Agontzev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boyan Shinikov having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Yanko Levunliev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boyan Shinikov was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Boyan Shinikov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanko Levunliev in the 34th minute of play. Yanko Levunliev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anatoli Agontzev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyan Shinikov having to interfere. Anatoli Agontzev did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Boyan Shinikov 44 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yanko Levunliev to make the kick off. A collision led to Академик София getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Presiyan Palamarov hit a great ball. Yanko Levunliev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Boyan Shinikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yanko Levunliev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyan Shinikov having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Krupnik's zone, Antoan Maslenkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Huben Cheshmedzhiev came out of the goal and Antoan Maslenkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boyan Shinikov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yanko Levunliev in the 70th minute of the match. Boyan Shinikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatoli Agontzev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Krupnik's Yanko Levunliev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boyan Shinikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 83rd match minute, Krupnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yanko Levunliev to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Krupnik's Yanko Levunliev got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Yanko Levunliev came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Krupnik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yanko Levunliev couldn't finish the play. Boyan Shinikov came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Krupnik's Anatoli Agontzev. But to his dismay, Anatoli Agontzev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Krupnik fully deserved thier win.
