Valcho Vikyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Cobzeanu in the 3rd minute of the match. The referee ignored Dshigurowo's protests and gave Dimitar Bisov a yellow card for diving instead. Dimitar Bisov hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Valcho Vikyov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Cobzeanu's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Kamen Dachevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Bisov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dyadovtsi's Kamen Dachevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velcho Petkanchin in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Dyadovtsi defense, Vitko Shishmanov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamen Dachevski. The Dyadovtsi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamen Dachevski should have stopped the shot. If Daniel Gunev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikifor Lanzhev kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Dyadovtsi's Dan Cobzeanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valcho Vikyov. Valcho Vikyov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Dan Cobzeanu struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Valcho Vikyov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dyadovtsi. Ivo Wolfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Dan Cobzeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valcho Vikyov. Dshigurowo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Cobzeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Valcho Vikyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Cobzeanu in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dyadovtsi's Tzonyo Radomirov got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Dyadovtsi's goalkeeper Kamen Dachevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Velcho Petkanchin. Ivo Wolfs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Valcho Vikyov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
