Peyo Nikolinski hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Denimir Gopev was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 6th minute Alexey Vrúbchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doncho Chelibeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Alexey Vrúbchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doncho Chelibeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tzvyatko Svilarski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Doncho Chelibeev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Alexey Vrúbchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doncho Chelibeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stijerov's goalkeeper Doncho Chelibeev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tzvyatko Svilarski in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doncho Chelibeev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ivelin Beninski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tzvyatko Svilarski in the 23rd minute of play forced Stijerov's goalkeeper Doncho Chelibeev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexey Vrúbchev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doncho Chelibeev having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Alexey Vrúbchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Topozi's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexey Vrúbchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doncho Chelibeev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivelin Beninski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ognyan Gulyashki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexey Vrúbchev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doncho Chelibeev having to make a save. 44 minutes into the game, Yuli Marianov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Topozi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stijerov the free kick. After 44 played minutes CSKA Topozi got a freekick which was hit by Yuli Marianov. Branimir Lirkov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivelin Beninski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play.

Ivelin Achanov charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivelin Achanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Alexey Nenchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Branimir Lirkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivelin Beninski in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivelin Beninski in the 57th minute of play forced CSKA Topozi's goalkeeper Branimir Lirkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ivelin Beninski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Doncho Chelibeev made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tzvyatko Svilarski sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, Stijerov's goalkeeper Doncho Chelibeev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tzvyatko Svilarski. Ognyan Gulyashki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ivelin Beninski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stijerov's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivelin Beninski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blagovest Mechinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Branimir Lirkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Branimir Lirkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivelin Beninski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ivelin Beninski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in CSKA Topozi's zone, Avgust Tzonkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Branimir Lirkov came out of the goal and Avgust Tzonkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Branimir Lirkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivelin Beninski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stijerov's Doncho Chelibeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexey Vrúbchev in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Stijerov's Doncho Chelibeev got control of the ball when Tzvyatko Svilarski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Tzvyatko Svilarski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Doncho Chelibeev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
