The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ivelin Beninski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Penko Barenski having to interfere. Blagovest Mechinov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doncho Chelibeev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yane Tzapov in the 20th minute of the match. Stijerov's Doncho Chelibeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yane Tzapov in the 21st minute of play. Vihar Buzov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Doncho Chelibeev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Yane Tzapov took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Doncho Chelibeev to make any attempt to save it. 29 minutes into the match, Ivelin Beninski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Penko Barenski. Zipo Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivelin Beninski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 37thth minute of the game Ivelin Beninski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zipo Team's Penko Barenski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Ognyan Gulyashki sped through Zipo Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Penko Barenski. Ivelin Beninski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avgust Tzonkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivelin Beninski made a kick off. If Vihar Buzov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Ivelin Beninski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Zipo Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andon Mangezov to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute Ivelin Beninski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Penko Barenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes, Vangel Nedelkov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zipo Team and the Stijerov players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Vangel Nedelkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peyo Nikolinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Penko Barenski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peyo Nikolinski ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivelin Beninski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avgust Tzonkin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Penko Barenski having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Zipo Team's goal looked a bit too open when Ivelin Beninski came free, but Penko Barenski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Penko Barenski didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. A collision led to Zipo Team getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Andon Mangezov hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Stijerov's Gruyo Gudzhulov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ivelin Beninski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peyo Nikolinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Stijerov left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zipo Team.
